Shadow Yoga: Shadow yoga is a school of Hatha Yoga based on practical understanding of the classical texts. Fixed forms or preludes are used to prepare students for different levels of asana.
Sivananda Yoga: Swami Sivananda’s teachings are a synthesis of all the formal doctrines of yoga. He trained many exceptional disciples in yoga and Vedanta; amongst them Swami Vishnu Devananda. He in turn synthesised the ancient wisdom of yoga into The Five Points of Yoga: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking and meditation.

aYs: The Association for Yoga Studies (aYs) is a community of Yoga teachers, trainers and therapists with a common approach to yoga. aYs teachers have all completed a minimum of 4 years training and are required to continue their studies through regular in-service training. Their qualification is recognised by the British Wheel of Yoga. They can offer one to one teaching, group classes, workshops and retreats.
