Classes include Yoga postures to ease tension, prevent and release back pain and accommodate the changes that pregnancy brings. Breathing, deep relaxation, meditation and visualisation help to release stress and anxiety and create feelings of inner peace and connection with your baby.
Yoga breathing, postures and relaxation can provide wonderful support in managing the intensity of labour, so each week we explore how we can use Yoga to help manage contractions, deal with anxiety and support ourselves in an active, empowered labour however our baby is born.
Clare is experienced in supporting mums with Pelvic Pain and preparation for VBAC (we’ve had some wonderful VBAC stories recently) and is also a qualified Doula.
Classes are suitable from 16 weeks until birth.
